Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through multiple communication channels.
- Handle customer orders and complaints, providing effective resolutions.
- Monitor customer service requests until their full completion.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure optimal customer experience.
- Maintain and update customer information within the system.
Candidate Requirements
- Eligible to participate in the Tamheer program.
- Possess a bachelor's degree.
- Strong communication skills in Arabic.
- Proficient computer usage skills.
