Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions via email, phone, live chat, and social media platforms
- Assist customers by providing information related to orders, shipping, product features, and returns
- Deliver high-quality, thoughtful answers that uphold the organization's service standards
Job Requirements
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Minimum of one year experience working remotely in customer service
- Familiarity with customer service software such as Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify is advantageous
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Adaptable with a focus on finding effective solutions
Technical Specifications
- Must have a personal computer or laptop with at least an Intel i5 processor or equivalent
- Internet connection speed of at least 25 Mbps for both upload and download
