Position Overview

We are looking for a driven and skilled Customer Service Representative to join the OGS Stamping division. This role involves assisting customers by providing prompt information on orders and product details, processing orders and returns efficiently, and collaborating closely with sales and internal departments to meet customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries regarding order statuses and product knowledge.
  • Handle customer orders, changes, and returns in accordance with company policies.
  • Manage the quote log and oversee Requests for Quotes (RFQs) throughout the quoting process.
  • Communicate customer concerns and service issues to the internal team for resolution.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to exceed customer service expectations and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and read customer cues effectively.
