Key Responsibilities
- Implement organizational policies, procedures, and safety and environmental protocols related to servicing and processing.
- Plan and forecast monthly revenue, order intake, and cash flow.
- Prepare management presentations for business reviews with country heads.
- Define annual and quarterly KPIs to achieve fiscal year objectives.
- Regularly assess ongoing service projects for progress and profitability.
- Review weekly cash collection progress with team leaders.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives involving digital contracts and remote connectivity within the region.
- Oversee contract renewals, spare parts sales, and retrofit job growth within the team.
- Execute strategies to boost business growth in installation and migration opportunities.
- Conduct one-on-one meetings with team members to understand challenges and explore solutions.
- Foster a customer-first culture through periodic customer interactions to strengthen relationships.
- Perform project site visits to monitor progress and motivate field engineers.
- Manage discipline and performance of subordinates, evaluate efforts, and facilitate training and development opportunities including on-the-job training in software and hardware.
- Participate in internal and external Quality Assurance and Environment Health and Safety audits ensuring compliance.
- Manage staff attrition and plan career growth paths for the team.
- Support the team in resolving operational escalations such as purchase requisitions, order processing, delivery issues, logistics, and taxation challenges.
- Lead an engineering team to meet revenue, billing, and collection targets.
- Ensure project execution adheres to committed timelines.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for project delivery.
- Engage in monthly discussions with senior management.
- Provide level 2 technical support on CCTV, Access Control Systems, Building Management Systems, and Fire Alarm Systems.
- Assist with installation and commissioning across multiple service projects.
- Efficiently manage team dynamics and vendor coordination for procurement and billing.
