The position is for a Customer Service Executive based in Noida, India, with openings also mentioned for Kolkata.
Compensation
The salary details shared for this role are:
- Kolkata: INR 15,000 CTC per month
- Noida: INR 21,000 CTC per month
Working Schedule
- 6 working days each week
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions and concerns through voice, chat, or email.
- Provide helpful support and work toward quick resolution of customer issues.
- Keep accurate logs and records of all customer interactions.
- Deliver a positive service experience while following quality expectations.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A customer-first mindset and a service-oriented approach.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Both freshers and candidates with prior experience can apply.
