Key responsibilities

• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written, are needed.

• Ability to draft emails professionally is necessary.

Eligibility and shift details

• Any graduate can apply; both undergraduate and postgraduate candidates are eligible.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in any BPO is mandatory.
• Work shifts run within a 7:00 AM to 12:00 AM window, with a 9-hour rotational shift assigned within that range.

Compensation

• Annual CTC is 21,000, with take-home pay of 17,000.
