Role Summary
Ib Courier and Cargo LLP is seeking a diligent and customer-oriented Customer Service Executive to effectively handle customer inquiries, shipment tracking, complaint management, and coordination of operational tasks within the courier and logistics domain. The candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills and keen attention to detail while thriving in a fast-moving work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries through multiple channels including phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently within the promised resolution timeframe.
- Update customers with precise information about shipment statuses.
- Deliver prompt and polite service to maintain superior customer satisfaction.
- Accurately maintain records in Excel for inbound and outbound shipments, pending deliveries, complaint statuses, and shipment exceptions.
- Compile daily, weekly, and monthly reports detailing operational metrics.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of all shipment-related documentation.
