Job Responsibilities

• Provide support to customers, contractors, and business partners through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and electronic communications while adhering strictly to company policies and contract terms
• Clearly communicate and uphold details regarding contract coverages to customers and contractors
• Follow up to ensure resolution of all service issues involving customers, contractors, and partners
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies, procedures, and programs, completing ongoing required training
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum education of high school diploma or GED
• Preferred minimum of one year of related experience
• Strong computer skills with capability to multitask and pay close attention to detail
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service experience or training is desirable

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers an hourly wage from $16 to $17, depending on qualifications, skills, experience, and location. Certain roles may qualify for bonuses and additional incentives.
