About the Role

This role involves delivering exceptional customer service to patrons at the Boyle Sports retail store located in Carrick-On-Suir, Sean Kelly Square. Reporting directly to the Shop Manager, the Customer Service Assistant plays a vital part in maintaining smooth shop operations while ensuring a welcoming and knowledgeable experience for customers. Key responsibilities include assisting management with daily store activities, operating betting terminals and EPOS systems, handling cash accurately, and maintaining high standards of shop presentation.

Key Duties

  • Support the Shop Manager and Assistant Manager in managing everyday shop operations.
  • Take charge of store management duties such as opening and closing the premises and leading the shop team during their absence.
