Attorney Tree Law Offices LLP is searching for a Customer Relationship Manager to join our MSME Filings team in Kochi, Kerala. This position requires a professional with outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities who is dedicated to fostering and sustaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

The chosen candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, accurately understanding the needs of clients, clearly communicating available services, conducting follow-ups, gathering and validating necessary documentation, maintaining up-to-date information within the CRM platform, and collaborating with various internal departments to guarantee a smooth client onboarding and ongoing service delivery.

Candidate Profile

We seek a proactive and detail-focused individual capable of handling multiple client interactions simultaneously while maintaining high-quality customer service. Prior relevant experience in customer relationship management, telesales, customer support, or client servicing is advantageous.
