Role Overview
The Customer Relations Officer is responsible for maintaining strong communication with customers through various channels, ensuring all inquiries and feedback are effectively managed to improve overall service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to both existing and prospective customers to foster connections and promote products or services.
- Handle incoming calls from customers, addressing questions and providing accurate information promptly.
- Clearly communicate details about products, services, and available offers to customers, aiding their decision-making.
- Develop and nurture positive relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct follow-up communications regarding customer purchases and scheduled appointments to ensure fulfillment and satisfaction.
- Keep customer records precise and current by updating the CRM system or database consistently.
- Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improving the products and services offered.
