About the Role
Mervice Infotech Private Limited invites applications for Customer Support roles based at their office in Sector V, Salt Lake, Kolkata. Both freshers and experienced applicants seeking immediate employment are encouraged to apply.

- Chat Process Executive
- Voice Process Executive (Inbound & Outbound)
Location
Sector V, Salt Lake, Kolkata, opposite RDB cinemas.
Eligibility Criteria
- Preferred candidates who can join immediately.
- Minimum educational qualification of 12th pass.
- Age between 18 and 35 years.
- Open to all genders.
- Both freshers and experienced individuals are welcome.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Proficient communication skills in English and Hindi.
Role-specific Requirements
- Chat Process Executive: Strong written and verbal English communication skills mandatory; initial work from office with potential work-from-home option after completing 60 days, subject to company policy.
- Voice Process Executive: Work from office; fluent in Bengali and Hindi with basic English communication skills required.
