Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Customer Advisor to join our Aftersales team. This role offers a fantastic career advancement opportunity within a premium automaker's environment. As a Customer Advisor, you will serve as the principal liaison between customers and our technicians, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate with customers and fellow team members.
• Implement and adapt to new digital tools and systems supporting our digitalisation efforts.
• Recommend and promote additional repairs identified through Vehicle Health Checks.
• Provide quotations and sell Service Plans to encourage customer loyalty within the Stellantis group.
• Drive customer satisfaction by facilitating exit briefings and follow-up communications.
• Manage customer expectations by estimating repair costs and timelines.
• Address any concerns related to suggested repairs.
• Keep customers informed about ongoing progress or required additional work.
• Prepare and explain invoices, and process payments.
