Role overview
We are seeking a Curriculum Developer to create, refine, and maintain competency-based learning programs in Robotics, Cybersecurity, and AI. The role focuses on building practical, industry-aligned educational content that works for a wide range of learners and meets required training standards.
Key responsibilities
- Develop engaging, competency-based curricula for Robotics, Cybersecurity, and AI courses.
- Prepare lesson plans, training resources, and assessment instruments that align with learning outcomes and industry expectations.
- Revise current curriculum content to keep pace with new technologies, emerging practices, and industry developments.
- Make sure all curriculum materials comply with TESDA requirements and competency-based training guidelines.
- Adapt instructional materials for different learner groups, including senior high school graduates, ALS completers, IT practitioners, and working professionals.
- Work closely with instructors, subject experts, and other stakeholders to validate content accuracy and relevance.
- Collect and apply feedback from learners and trainers to improve course quality over time.
- Organize and maintain records of curriculum revisions and learning materials.
- Take part in training sessions and workshops to strengthen instructional design capability and subject knowledge.
- Follow the company Code of Conduct and Discipline.
- Escalate any suspicious, fraudulent, or illegal activity to the appropriate supervisor without delay.
- Carry out other related tasks as assigned from time to time.
Reporting and coordination
The role reports to the Director of Radenta Academy and works with employees across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or another relevant discipline.
- Prior experience in curriculum development, ideally in technical or vocational education, with exposure to Robotics, Cybersecurity, or AI.
- Solid understanding of instructional design principles and teaching methodologies.
- Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of TESDA standards and competency-based training approaches.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Comfort using MS Office and instructional design tools or software.
- Good grasp of the technical foundations of Robotics, Cybersecurity, and AI.
- Experience developing content for varied learner groups, including ALS students and industry professionals, is a strong plus.
