Job description

Overview

We are looking for a driven Corporate Account Manager to foster and expand relationships within our Institutional division. This position involves managing national and multi-site clients by delivering customized, value-based solutions that enhance operational efficiency, compliance, sustainability, and customer experience across institutional settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and grow strategic partnerships with multi-location institutional clients nationwide.
  • Seek out and pursue new business prospects in key sectors such as healthcare, hospitality, education, and facilities management.
  • Design and execute account strategies aimed at surpassing sales targets.
  • Engage closely with top-level stakeholders to understand their core priorities and provide tailored solutions.
  • Boost revenue growth through cross-selling, upselling, and broadening contract scopes within current accounts.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities within key accounts.
  • Collaborate internally to ensure flawless delivery and exceptional client results.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor moves to adjust strategy appropriately.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven capability in managing and growing corporate or institutional accounts.
  • Demonstrated success in business development across large or multi-location organizations.
  • Skilled at building trust with senior leaders and decision-makers.
  • Strong commercial insight with a consultative sales style focused on solutions.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and account planning skills.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
  • Highly motivated, results-focused, and well organized.
