Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and marketing support to senior Marketing team members.
- Participate in the development and dissemination of marketing materials for numerous projects, coordinating efforts internally and externally.
- Compile and analyze weekly artist consumption data, social media metrics, and radio statistics using various tools, distributing insights to artist teams.
- Assist in producing artist promotional content, including one-sheets, flyers, billboards, advertisements, and related printed and digital collateral.
- Attend and summarize marketing meetings and team discussions to gain insight into business operations and advance marketing knowledge, facilitating career growth within the department or label.
- Monitor marketing campaigns, offering inquiries and constructive feedback during campaign progression.
- Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and manage daily calendars efficiently.
- Organize travel arrangements and expenses; oversee vendor relationships and payment processes.
- Participate in artist performances and special events as required.
Candidate Profile
- Possess 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably within the entertainment field.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm and knowledge in Marketing, ideally within the music industry.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop for creating marketing assets.
- Exhibit comfort and professionalism when interacting with artists and management teams.
- Show initiative, resourcefulness, and attention to detail with excellent follow-through.
- Adaptable to shifting priorities, capable of multitasking and managing time effectively under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills enabling effective collaboration with colleagues.
- Organized with excellent administrative capabilities.
- Degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.

Additional Information
This position is located at UMG's Santa Monica, CA office and requires onsite presence. Salary range is from $40,520 to $55,000 annually, with actual compensation determined by applicable qualifications, experience, education, certifications, and geographic location.
