About the Team and Opportunity

The eCommerce division at Hermès is responsible for managing all aspects of the Hermès.com platform, supporting omnichannel services as an integral part of the larger corporate and retail network. This team drives the implementation of digital projects, enriches the online product assortment, and ensures a smooth user experience throughout the website.

As a Digital Strategy Coordinator, you will contribute to expanding the eCommerce business by refining the product lineup, analyzing customer requirements, identifying emerging trends, and making strategic recommendations to facilitate the online shopping journey, helping the team meet sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gain comprehensive insight into all eCommerce and Merchandising roles to provide broad support for the Digital Strategy team across various divisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners.
  • Assist the Digital Strategy Manager with their daily tasks and operations.
  • Generate daily reports on sales trends, inventory status, and omnichannel activity; derive actionable insights to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
  • Create ad-hoc reports to support business review meetings.
  • Help prepare market analysis tools for the eCommerce buying team in preparation for quarterly buying meetings.
  • Analyze sales and stock data to optimize online inventory levels, thereby improving conversion rates and maximizing sales potential.
  • Track daily product shipments and coordinate with cross-functional teams to highlight opportunities on the website.
  • Collaborate with teams to successfully launch products online, maintaining product accuracy, monitoring launch outcomes, and sharing performance feedback.
  • Support the buying team with order entry and requested modifications.
  • Contribute to both short-term and long-term project execution, working alongside multiple teams to ensure alignment and integration of initiatives.
  • Conduct competitor research on industry best practices relating to product assortment and digital experiences.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $28.65 to $33.35, dependent on job, location, and individual expertise.
