Currently, we seek a Contracts Administrator based in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. Candidates must be Saudi nationals to be eligible.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, prepare, and review contract documents ensuring clarity, compliance with legal standards, and internal policies.
- Monitor contractual compliance, confirming that all involved parties meet their obligations according to specified terms and timelines.
- Maintain organized records of contracts and related communication for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, procurement, finance, and legal departments to facilitate seamless contract processes.
- Exhibit meticulous attention to detail when examining legal and financial contract terms.
- Utilize contract management software and MS Office tools proficiently to manage contract workflows.
Qualifications & Experience
- At least 6 years of relevant experience for candidates with a high school diploma; minimum 4 years for those with a diploma.
- Experienced in overseeing and coordinating bidding processes specifically for maintenance activities.
- Demonstrated expertise in contract administration, budget control, and cost management; knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
- Strong organizational abilities with proactive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Leadership experience within large organizations, showcasing sound judgment under pressure and effective problem-solving capabilities.
- Strategic thinker receptive to new ideas and adaptable to multicultural work environments.
