About the Company
Foundation is an AI visibility marketing agency focused on helping mid-market and enterprise B2B technology and SaaS businesses grow pipeline. The team creates content designed to surface across LLMs, search, social platforms, Reddit-style communities, and other channels buyers genuinely use.
Role Overview
This part-time remote role is responsible for owning the content automation system that supports brief creation at scale. The setup reduces the time writers and editors spend on each brief by automating the initial structure, allowing editorial time to shift back into drafting and higher-value work.
The position exists because the platform is being expanded across multiple pilot clients and needs a dedicated owner to manage workflows, prompt architecture, and brand kit structure as the business grows.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and continuously improve AirOps workflows for all content formats.
- Set up client brand kits during onboarding and maintain the sync process when editorial guides change, with the engineer owning the system and editors owning the actual content.
- Review workflow outputs for structural quality, including research approach, methodological fit, and whether the brief is ready for editorial review.
- Revise workflows as strategy changes, including new content formats, methodology updates, and template changes.
- Support onboarding for new clients as the pilot program expands.
- Diagnose workflow problems and work with AirOps support when escalations are needed.
- Test new AirOps capabilities and help move successful experiments into live production.
Candidate Profile
The right person thinks in systems, is comfortable with AI tools and automation logic, understands how content types work, and pays close attention to detail because even small prompt changes can affect downstream outcomes. They should be self-directed enough to identify issues independently and collaborative enough to align before making changes or running experiments.
Required Skills and Background
- Strong systems thinking and process analysis skills.
- Comfort using AI tools, prompts, and automation platforms.
- Solid understanding of content operations and content formats.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
- Strong collaboration and communication habits.
Preferred Experience
- Hands-on experience with AirOps or comparable tools such as n8n, Zapier, or Make.
- Experience in content operations, editorial work, strategy, or content creation.
- Familiarity with SEO, B2B content marketing, or AI visibility/GEO.
Success After 90 Days
- Can run briefs end-to-end for any active client without assistance.
- Has delivered at least one workflow improvement.
- Can keep editor review time at 15 minutes or less per brief.
- Is ready to onboard the next client independently.
