About The Role

We are looking for a creative Content Creator based in Jeddah who can spot trends before they become mainstream and transform ideas into captivating content that generates strong audience engagement. The ideal candidate understands audience behavior and what makes content enticing, shareable, and interactive.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and develop unique, innovative content concepts.
• Plan and organize monthly content strategies.
• Manage social media accounts and ensure content is published according to the approved plans.
• Write and refine ideas, captions, and scripts aligned with the brand identity and target audience.
• Expertise in creating engaging hooks that capture audience attention within seconds.
• Grasp the qualities of compelling and share-worthy content.
• Monitor trends and popular content, adapting them suitably for brand messaging.
• Participate actively in brainstorming sessions to present creative ideas and solutions.
• Film content and assist in executing concepts on-site.
• Collaborate with design and creative teams to guarantee the appropriate realization of ideas.
• Track content performance and recommend enhancements to boost audience interaction.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• A passion for content creation with the ability to dream up fresh and diverse ideas.
• Strong familiarity with social media platforms and content types best suited for each.
• Deep understanding of hooks and techniques to grab audience focus quickly.
• Insight into audience preferences and what drives content effectiveness and appeal.
• Exceptional Arabic writing skills, especially fluent in Saudi dialect, delivering content creatively and attractively.
• Competent in shooting video content and engaging with people during filming to bring ideas to life.
• Ability to produce and film compelling content tailored to platform and audience nature.
• Continuous tracking of trends and new directions in content creation.
• Team player mindset with capability to cooperate across creative disciplines.
• Curiosity, initiative, and eagerness to grow and learn continuously.
