As a Consultant in the Reward team based in Auckland, you will collaborate closely with seasoned consultants and leaders to support organizations in crafting effective reward strategies. Your work will involve areas such as executive and director pay, incentive program design, salary reviews, and market benchmarking — all addressing complex people-management challenges.
This position suits individuals eager to develop consulting skills and deepen their specialization in HR, with potential flexibility in work hours upon discussion.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist on reward and remuneration consulting projects including market analysis, pay evaluations, incentive program design, and strategy development.
- Analyze workforce and compensation data to detect patterns and produce insights aiding client decision-making.
- Enhance your skills in data modeling, analytics, and problem resolution while contributing to client deliverables of high quality.
- Create reports, presentations, and strategic advice for diverse stakeholders such as HR leaders, executives, and board members.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in any discipline; backgrounds in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Commerce, Finance, Economics, or related fields are preferred but not mandatory.
- Up to two years of relevant experience in human resources, consulting, analytics, finance, professional services, or similar sectors. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly comfortable handling data and using Microsoft Excel.
- Effective communication, strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a collaborative approach with solid stakeholder management capabilities.
