About the Company

KEDA Ghana Ceramics Company Limited, a prominent manufacturing company in West Africa, is expanding with new factory projects and seeks to hire numerous construction and technical workers to bolster its workforce.

• Driver
• Carpenter
• Steel Bender
• Mason
• General Labor Helper
• Electrician
• Skilled Mechanic (equipment maintenance)
• Welder
• Height Worker / Welder working at height

Job Responsibilities

• Undertake construction, installation, and maintenance activities aligned with project specifications
• Use tools and equipment safely and effectively
• Assist in factory construction including civil and steel works as well as equipment installation
• Collaborate with supervisors and engineers to complete assigned tasks
• Adhere strictly to workplace safety policies and company guidelines

Candidate Requirements

• Practical experience in construction, manufacturing, or related technical trades
• Proficiency in handling tools and machinery relevant to designated roles
• Demonstrated strong work ethic and ability to function well within a team
• Basic knowledge of safety protocols in the workplace
• Possession of relevant certifications (especially for drivers, electricians, and welders) will be advantageous

Work Location: Takoradi / Shama District, Western Region, Ghana
