Construction Supervisor (PS1)

Role overview

The Construction Supervisor (PS1) is responsible for overseeing contractor-led construction activities so that assigned departmental projects are delivered in line with the approved scope of work, engineering design, QHSE requirements, and applicable specifications.

Experience and skills

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in construction and installation work for offshore projects in the oil and gas sector.
• Hands-on exposure to operating environments within live oil and gas process facilities, including brownfield sites.
• Strong familiarity with construction best practices, systems, processes, and industry standards.
• Well-developed construction management ability, with effective communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Fluency in English is required.

Education

A B.Sc. in an engineering discipline from a recognized university is preferred, or a diploma in a relevant engineering field along with substantial construction-related experience.
