Semi-Senior Buyer

About the Role

Bunge is seeking a Semi-Senior Buyer to join our Supply team based in Bahía Blanca, Buenos Aires. This role requires a service-oriented individual capable of managing supplier relationships effectively in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage purchase requests by analyzing technical specifications and identifying potential suppliers.
• Execute procurement processes by negotiating commercial terms including price, quality, delivery times, and contracts.
• Monitor purchase orders to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Handle claims and deviations with suppliers.
• Administer and oversee contracts to guarantee compliance with service level agreements and agreed conditions.
• Participate in meetings with internal clients and suppliers to follow up and improve agreements.
• Develop and assess suppliers, fostering technical improvements and material knowledge through supplier visits.

Technical Profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Organization, or related fields.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in procurement, preferably in industrial or production sectors.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel skills are desirable.
• Willingness to travel locally to Daireaux or Necochea.
