BDO India plans significant expansion over the next 3-5 years, seeking to diversify its services and grow its workforce substantially.

Role Responsibilities

  • Possess thorough knowledge of Corporate Laws, SEBI and Listed Company compliance standards, FEMA regulations, and RBI provisions.
  • Demonstrate practical experience in legal practices involving company incorporation and compliance for listed companies, including regulations under SEBI (LODR), direct listing, de-listing, and takeover protocols.
  • Be proficient in preparing documents for Board meetings, committee sessions, and general meetings, along with managing the conduct of these meetings.
  • Have expertise in establishing and incorporating Indian entities, including Private Companies and Limited Liability Partnerships.
  • Be adept at MCA electronic filing processes alongside other secretarial duties governed by Corporate Laws.
  • Engage in special business development initiatives and assigned research projects.
  • Handle statutory labor law filings and related compliance tasks as assigned.
  • Understand criteria-based compliance applications and support managerial discussions with clients on these matters.
  • Operate effectively under pressure and manage end-to-end communications with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
