Role Overview
The Client Success Management team focuses on retaining current clients and driving sales growth through enhanced adoption of our products and services. As a trusted post-sale point of contact, you will leverage extensive industry knowledge, business process expertise, and product proficiency to increase customer engagement, adoption, and renewals. This role involves coordinating cross-functionally and managing escalations as necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main post-sale contact for assigned client accounts.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by offering strategic recommendations that align client goals with our solutions.
- Manage a portfolio of clients to ensure achievement of positive business outcomes.
- Oversee all post-sale activities, including business outcome planning centered on ROI and conducting quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders.
- Apply deep knowledge of client industries, processes, and our products to boost adoption and utilization, ensuring successful contract renewals.
- Identify renewal risks and product adoption barriers while uncovering opportunities for revenue growth and retention.
- Monitor client usage data, health indicators, renewal timelines, and growth potential, developing actionable strategies accordingly.
- Coordinate with implementation teams to ensure delivery meets or surpasses contracted SLAs and KPIs.
- Act as the customer’s internal advocate by collaborating with cross-functional teams to convert client feedback into product improvements and solutions.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, including extensive post-sale client management handling high-touch enterprise or strategic accounts.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strong technical aptitude to connect client business objectives with product capabilities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with presentation experience in global corporate settings.
- Experience managing complex, multi-divisional, and multi-geographical customer accounts.
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams such as Product, Sales, Support, and Operations.
- A proactive bias for action coupled with ownership mentality; problem-solving and curiosity are essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Commitment to continuous learning and growth through social interactions, mentorship, and formal training.
