Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main operational liaison for assigned programs, ensuring a responsive and fluid client experience.
- Establish and maintain robust relationships with clients, agency partners, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate interdisciplinary teams comprising creative strategy, insights, project management, and partner groups to maintain project timelines.
- Manage key project phases including discovery, data evaluation, creative proposals, workshops, and final deliverables.
- Conduct quality reviews of client materials to ensure clarity, actionable guidance, and alignment with business goals.
- Utilize expertise in digital marketing strategies, creative effectiveness, media analytics, and evaluation frameworks to drive results.
- Detect risks, delivery issues, and stakeholder concerns early and support resolution proactively.
- Promote alignment across teams by clarifying roles, priorities, deadlines, and subsequent actions.
- Suggest process enhancements and assist in scaling efficient delivery practices across projects.
- Aid clients in advancing marketing capabilities, creative impact, and digital maturity.
Candidate Requirements
- Five to seven years of experience in Client Services, Account Management, Consulting, or a related client-facing role.
- Background in agency, media, technology, or digital marketing sectors.
- Proven capability managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Competence in interpreting data insights, assessing creative recommendations, identifying gaps, and crafting compelling client stories.
- Solid knowledge of digital media strategy, creative production processes, marketing measurement, and performance metrics.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle competing demands in a fast-paced setting.
- Capacity to influence teams and promote accountability without direct authority.
- Preferred experience in supporting executive-level stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Google/YouTube media programs, AI-powered workflows, or digital transformation projects is advantageous.
