Job Description
This role involves delivering both financial and non-financial targets, focusing on personal and team achievements while ensuring complete compliance and reducing provisions. The objective is to contribute effectively to the overall profitability and growth of the bank.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture strong, enduring relationships with the bank's high-value clients.
- Thoroughly comprehend clients' financial needs and provide impartial, well-informed advice to help manage and grow their wealth.
- Manage clients’ wealth by balancing risk, returns, and liquidity to align with their financial and investment goals effectively.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possess a degree, preferably in Finance or Business Administration.
- Have at least seven years of relevant work experience in the financial sector.
- Demonstrate robust business insight and understanding.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal abilities and organizational awareness.
- Apply high-level analytical and conceptual reasoning skills.
