Their expertise includes comprehensive cleanroom management services such as protective clothing rental, specialized on-site cleaning, laboratory disinfection, and industry-related training.
Role Overview
The company seeks a Site Manager to oversee cleanroom operations at a prominent biopharmaceutical client site in Raheen, Limerick (Midwest region). Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, this role entails managing all operational aspects of a large-scale cleanroom service contract, ensuring compliance with strict cleanliness standards and regulatory protocols within a controlled manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct daily site operations ensuring achievement of work quality standards, financial objectives, and operational KPIs.
- Serve as the primary on-site client representative, fostering strong relationships, resolving issues or complaints, and promoting ongoing service improvements.
- Manage budgets and payroll processes, and assist in compiling and analyzing operational and KPI reports.
- Champion Health & Safety culture by maintaining compliance, performing risk assessments, and participating in incident investigations alongside Health & Safety teams.
- Lead and develop staff through recruitment, coaching, performance appraisals, training, and enforcing cGMP/GDP standards.
- Organize and support high-functioning teams ensuring efficient service delivery through scheduling and operational planning.
- Exhibit leadership qualities including vision, accountability, integrity, collaboration, and inspire high-level team performance.
- Contribute to additional projects and continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen, adapting to flexible or unsociable working hours when necessary.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
- At least three years' experience in a management role within a related industry.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities with fluency in English.
- Pragmatic, detail-oriented with capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficient computer skills and flexible availability for work hours.
Working Hours
Standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Occasional work during alternative hours, shift patterns, unsociable hours, including weekends, may be required.
