Cleaner - Expression of Interest

Role overview

This position is for a housekeeper/cleaner who will prepare vacant units for marketing and occupancy, while also maintaining cleanliness in shared property areas, offices, and model units. The role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager, and involves close coordination with the maintenance team.

Key duties

• Clean, restock, and supply assigned areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, and cleaning ceiling vents.
• Complete and record regular inspection and maintenance checks.
• Handle more intensive cleaning work when needed.
• Work cooperatively with other team members.
• Observe all workplace health and safety rules.
