Role Overview
We are seeking dedicated and dependable Cleaners to join our team at retail site locations. The role suits those who thrive in dynamic settings, maintain great attention to detail, and take pride in maintaining tidy, inviting spaces for clients and customers.
The positions offered are casual, with shifts scheduled on weekdays and weekends. Compensation is based on award wages.
Key Duties
- Carry out general cleaning tasks to ensure high cleanliness standards.
- Carry out spot cleaning for furniture and fixtures.
- Sweep and mop floors regularly.
- Maintain cleanliness of toilets.
- Collect and dispose of rubbish appropriately.
- Clean internal and external glass surfaces.
- Dust all hard surfaces effectively.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferable.
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team.
- Ability to follow directions and perform tasks independently.
- Strong attention to detail is essential.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to a strong work ethic.
- Familiarity with workplace health and safety requirements.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including public holidays as needed.
- Experience operating floor care machines such as scrubbers, buffers, or sweepers is advantageous.
