GXO Logistics, collaborating closely with TK Maxx, a prominent UK and Ireland retailer, operates from a cutting-edge distribution hub in County Dublin. Position Details

We are seeking a permanent, full-time Class 1 Driver to become part of our committed team. The role involves working 42.5 hours weekly across any 5 days out of 7, requiring flexibility to cover weekends and varied shift start and finish times to meet business needs.

Compensation and Benefits

• €1000 Welcome Bonus, split with €500 after 6 weeks and €500 following successful completion of a 3-month probation period

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 2 to 3 deliveries daily to TK Maxx stores using advanced vehicles equipped with the latest satellite navigation technology
• Manage loading and unloading tasks utilizing manual handling equipment via the vehicle rear
• Accurately complete required documentation as assigned
• Deliver exceptional customer service at every delivery destination
• Practice economical driving methods to enhance fuel efficiency and conservation

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a full European Union driving license with C+E category entitlements
• Valid Driver Qualification Card (Driver CPC)
• Holding a current Digital Tachograph Card
• A maximum of six penalty points on driving license
• Absence of specific endorsements (DR, DG, DD, BA, CD, AC, LC, TT99) with convictions in the past five years
