Excelsia University College is inviting applications from devoted Christians for the leadership position of Chief Student Experience Officer at their Pennant Hills campus in Greater Sydney. This senior role involves leading and enhancing the complete student lifecycle, ensuring a comprehensive and high-quality experience across all stages of student engagement.
Key Responsibilities
The role includes executive management of admissions, administration, support services, and student life. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will oversee wide-ranging portfolios such as student systems, engagement, wellbeing, and academic assistance, with a focus on achieving positive outcomes in student retention, satisfaction, and academic success.
Requirements
Applicants must possess senior leadership experience within the higher education sector, including a robust understanding of student administration, regulatory compliance relating to TEQSA and ESOS frameworks, and managing service delivery on a large scale.
