About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused Business Head of IT Staffing who brings extensive experience in workforce strategy, delivery operations, and executing HR programs within IT consulting and staffing sectors. This leadership position requires proven success in managing complete operational workflows in an IT consulting or staffing context.
The chosen candidate will serve as a key driver in synchronizing internal operational strengths with the needs of external clients, ensuring the deployment of talent is scalable, efficient, and compliant, thus supporting sustainable growth.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary ranging from 8,00,000 to 12,00,000 INR
- Two weeks of paid annual leave
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage recruitment operations end-to-end, handling multiple clients, teams, and recruitment pipelines simultaneously.
- Coordinate day-to-day tasks involving sourcing, screening, candidate submissions, interviews, making offers, onboarding processes, and final closures.
- Identify and solve recruitment challenges such as hiring delays, offer withdrawals, interview scheduling issues, and attrition in candidate pipelines.
- Collaborate with sales and business units through client meetings to understand requirements, expand accounts, and align hiring strategies.
- Contribute to new business development by engaging in sales interactions, delivering capability presentations, and supporting solution design.
- Manage client relationships, communication with stakeholders, escalation processes, and maintain delivery governance standards.
- Discover and implement innovative hiring initiatives, market opportunities, emerging talent trends, and operational efficiencies to improve revenue and delivery quality.
- Ensure recruitment operations are aligned with client expectations, revenue objectives, and growth ambitions.
- Take part in client consultations, sales discussions, requirement gathering, and account management activities.
- Assist business development through recognition of new hiring prospects, expansion areas, and client requirements.
Qualifications and Required Skills
- Proven experience in a similar leadership role within an IT staffing or consulting organization.
- Comprehensive understanding of recruitment methodologies and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Capability to juggle priorities and manage multiple client accounts proficiently.
- Familiarity with recruitment technology platforms and tools.
- Direct experience in the IT staffing and consulting domain.
