Position Overview
As Chief Manager of Institutional Debt and Treasury at RiverForest Connections Private Limited based in Mumbai, you will handle the company's debt obligations and treasury functions, focusing on cost-efficient debt management and cash flow optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the organization’s debt portfolio to ensure repayments are made on schedule while minimizing interest expenses.
- Manage fund operations including cash flow forecasting, budget oversight, and formulating investment strategies.
- Design and execute fundraising initiatives aligning with corporate financial targets.
- Work closely with different departments to spot cost-reduction opportunities and enhance treasury efficiency.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess 5 to 15 years of professional experience in treasury or a closely related financial management area.
- In-depth knowledge of debt financing tools such as bonds and loans.
- Demonstrable experience handling multifaceted financial dealings and negotiations successfully.
- Strong analytical capabilities enabling effective interpretation of financial data to inform decisions.
