Noon Business is our B2B marketplace aimed at transforming enterprise procurement by enabling companies to buy recurrent business supplies more efficiently, cost-effectively, and with enhanced control. It applies Noon's successful consumer platform features—such as selection, pricing, logistics, and user experience—to the B2B segment.

Primary Responsibilities

• Establish and develop the appropriate product assortment for the initial launch phase (version 1).
• Lead onboarding processes and negotiate agreements with crucial sellers and suppliers.
• Design and organize pricing structures, quotation models, and margin strategies.
• Identify, acquire, and manage key B2B customers to anchor the marketplace.
• Gather actionable market insights and communicate them to product and operations teams for continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Between 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in category management or business development roles.
• Readiness to engage directly within market environments and operate effectively with minimal formal structure under high performance expectations.
