About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and highly motivated Call Center Executive skilled in voice process and technical support. The position requires proficiency in English and Hindi, and the candidate must be able to work rotational shifts including days and nights. The role involves handling a significant volume of inbound and outbound calls while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle large volumes of calls efficiently and professionally.
- Identify and understand customer needs, provide clear solutions or alternatives to issues.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor at all times with customers.
- Follow defined communication scripts and company guidelines to ensure consistent service quality.
- Escalate issues that cannot be resolved to the appropriate department timely.
- Document customer interactions, complaints, and transactions accurately.
- Achieve individual and team targets on quality and quantity of service.
- Comply fully with all call center policies and procedures.
Candidate Requirements
- Fluent in both English and Hindi is essential; additional languages are advantageous.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts including nights and weekends.
- Excellent verbal communication and attentive listening capabilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and manage time effectively.
- Prior experience in customer service or call center roles is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving skills and patience when addressing customer concerns.
- Basic computer proficiency including typing and navigating software applications.
