Job Overview
This position is for a Call Center Agent based in Abu Dhabi, serving a government client through a one-year contract that can be renewed. The role is focused on delivering responsive, professional customer care and acting as a key contact point for customers.
Role Purpose
You will support a dedicated customer service cell by handling customer communication with speed, accuracy, and professionalism. The objective is to resolve inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service and following company procedures and recognized industry practices.
Key Duties
- Deliver comprehensive customer support services as part of a dedicated service team.
- Serve as the main contact for both current and potential customers.
- Respond to questions, service requests, and complaints across approved communication channels.
- Ensure customer interactions are handled accurately, courteously, and without delay.
- Work toward fast issue resolution and strong customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures at all times.
- Follow established best practices relevant to customer service operations.
