Supervisor Responsibilities and Requirements

As a Cafe Supervisor, you'll play a key role in team leadership within a dynamic environment. Essential qualifications and skills include:

• Minimum one year of relevant supervisory experience
• Strong leadership qualities to motivate and support team members
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities
• Genuine enthusiasm for coffee and creating outstanding customer experiences
• Ability to maintain high operational standards in a fast-paced setting
• Flexibility to work various shifts across a seven-day operational schedule

The position is based onsite at Unit 5 Westside Shopping Centre, Seamus Quirke Road, Galway, County Galway.
