About the Role
CDTC Pvt. Ltd. seeks a dedicated and knowledgeable CAD Trainer to educate students and professionals in widely used CAD software. This position demands strong technical expertise, excellent communication capabilities, and hands-on training delivery skills.
Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver training sessions on CAD software including Onshape, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, NX, and similar applications.
- Develop training content, assignments, and practical, project-oriented learning modules.
- Instruct learners on design fundamentals, 2D drafting, and 3D modeling techniques.
- Evaluate student progress and provide meaningful feedback to enhance their skills.
- Assist students in project completion and technical skill advancement.
- Manage attendance tracking, training documentation, and progress reporting.
- Continuously update knowledge on industry innovations and advancements in CAD technologies.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Diploma, Bachelor of Engineering, or Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and at least one 3D CAD software such as Onshape, SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, or NX.
- Effective communication and presentation skills are essential.
- Prior teaching or training experience is desirable, although fresh graduates with strong CAD abilities are welcome to apply.
Preferred Skills
- CAD modeling and drafting expertise.
- Basic knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings.
- Understanding of design for manufacturing principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Experience in classroom management.
Compensation and Work Schedule
The monthly remuneration ranges between ₹15,000 and ₹20,000, depending on experience. Working days are Monday through Saturday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
