Business Systems Analyst

About the Role

Olik Global is looking for a sharp and detail-focused Business Systems Analyst to connect business objectives with technology delivery. In this role, you will partner with stakeholders, developers, and project managers to understand operational needs, define requirements, and help drive system rollout and improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and record business and system requirements from relevant stakeholders.
• Convert business objectives into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Work alongside IT teams to design, validate, and deploy system solutions.
• Evaluate current business workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Assist with system integrations, data movement, and reporting needs.
• Take part in user acceptance testing and help ensure a smooth go-live.
• Prepare supporting documents such as BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and user manuals.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to keep solutions aligned with business priorities.
• Investigate system problems and provide continued support after implementation.

Required Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 5 to 6 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar position.
• Good understanding of business operations and system design concepts.
• Hands-on experience gathering requirements and producing BRD/FRD documentation.
• Working knowledge of tools such as Excel, SQL, Visio, or comparable applications.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and communication skills.

This is a full-time onsite position based in Pennsylvania, United States.
