About the Role

Olik Global is looking for a sharp and detail-focused Business Systems Analyst to connect business objectives with technology delivery. In this role, you will partner with stakeholders, developers, and project managers to understand operational needs, define requirements, and help drive system rollout and improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, review, and record business and system requirements from relevant stakeholders.
  • Convert business objectives into clear functional and technical specifications.
  • Work alongside IT teams to design, validate, and deploy system solutions.
  • Evaluate current business workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
