About the Role

We are seeking a Business Development Trainee to join our team at InTrainz Innovation Private Limited, located in HSR Layout, Bengaluru. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills in sales and business development by engaging in real business challenges and working within a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Spot and cultivate new business prospects.
Engage potential clients via calls and consistent follow-ups.
Establish and nurture durable relationships with customers.
Drive lead engagement to maximize conversion rates.
Monitor and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
Draft proposals, conduct negotiations, and secure business agreements.
Collaborate closely with Marketing and Growth teams to enhance revenue streams.

Candidate Requirements

Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
Strong verbal and interpersonal communication capabilities.
Motivation to work in a goal-oriented, target-driven environment.
Enthusiasm for sales, business growth, and development.
Open to both fresh graduates and candidates with prior experience.

Compensation & Benefits

Three-month probationary period with a stipend of ₹17,000 per month.
Performance bonuses of up to ₹20,000 per month available.
Post-probation full-time salary range between ₹35,000 and ₹75,000 monthly, based on experience.
