Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and results-focused Business Development Manager with over two years of experience in building client relationships and expanding business opportunities. The successful candidate will be skilled in prospecting new clients, delivering persuasive presentations, and driving revenue growth through strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities to expand business reach.
- Formulate and execute strategies focused on increasing sales and revenue.
- Establish and nurture lasting relationships with both potential and existing clients.
- Perform thorough market research to stay ahead of industry trends, customer demands, and competitor actions.
- Create and present compelling proposals and negotiate contracts effectively.
- Collaborate internally to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery to clients.
- Manage and keep updated the sales pipeline to meet defined monthly and quarterly quotas.
- Participate actively in networking events, industry conferences, and client engagements to broaden business horizons.
- Produce periodic sales reports, forecasts, and updates related to business development activities.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of two years experience in business development, client acquisition, or sales roles.
- Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales goals and growing client bases.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.
- Strong skills in building and maintaining professional networks and relationships.
- Highly self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to function effectively with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with CRM software is beneficial.
