Business Development Executive (BDE)

About the Role

We are urgently seeking motivated Business Development Executives to join PhonePe's field sales team. This position involves regular shop-to-shop visits aimed at onboarding new merchants and customers. You'll be responsible for selling PhonePe's Smart Speakers and Scanners, while providing excellent customer service and support. Maintaining strong customer relationships and meeting daily sales targets are key responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily on-ground visits to various shops for business development.
• Onboard and enroll new merchants and customers.
• Market and sell PhonePe Smart Speakers and Scanners.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide ongoing support.
• Maintain and nurture strong customer relationships.
• Consistently achieve and exceed daily sales goals.

Requirements

• Prior field sales experience of at least 3 months is preferred.
• Fresh candidates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Possession of a valid bike and driving license is mandatory.
• Must have PAN and Aadhaar cards for verification.

• Interview Process: First round involves face-to-face interview at ASM Gate meeting point; second round will be a telephonic or Google Meet discussion with the State Head.

Salary and Compensation

The monthly in-hand salary is ₹19,000 with a CTC of ₹23,000. Incentives can be earned up to ₹20,000, and a petrol allowance of ₹4,000 is also included.
