Job Overview

This is a full-time, permanent position based at the office in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The role involves international sales within financial markets, offering a compensation package up to 35000 INR in-hand plus incentives.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients and manage client grievances effectively.
• Clarify trading strategies, company policies, and market risks to clients.
• Generate daily prospects through telephone, video, and text communication.
• Conduct client sessions on risk profile management and trading strategies.
• Collaborate with digital marketing and research teams to deliver superior client service.
• Stay informed on global market trends and current events to best serve investors and traders.
• Meet monthly targets focused on client acquisition and lead generation.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum qualification of graduate or postgraduate education.
• Highly communicative, enthusiastic, and innovative personality.
• Possession of knowledge on global financial markets, specifically Forex and Comex.
• Fluent in English with strong sales and marketing abilities.
• Self-driven, detail-focused, responsible team player with excellent relationship management skills.
• Previous experience in international sales, marketing, global market, or financial services is preferred.
