Business Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with 3 to 7 years of experience to join our expanding team based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role requires bridging the gap between business needs and technology to deliver effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and accurately document business and functional requirements from various stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with business users, product owners, and technical teams to define precise solution requirements.
• Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRSs), user stories, and process flow diagrams.
• Examine current business processes and suggest enhancements to boost efficiency and overall productivity.
• Lead workshops, meetings, and requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders.
• Assist with solution design, oversee user acceptance testing (UAT), and support implementation phases.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet business objectives and satisfy stakeholder expectations.
• Work together with various functional teams across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

Candidate Requirements

• 3 to 7 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst.
• Solid understanding of business analysis techniques and the SDLC.
• Hands-on experience in gathering, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements.
• Competence in preparing BRDs, FRSs, use cases, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
• Knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities paired with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar disciplines.

Additional Information

The position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in Saudi Arabia who possess a transferable Iqama.
