Position Overview
IBB is seeking a Business Analyst with a focus on sales, customer acquisition, and marketing to join the Digital Transformation team. This full-time or part-time role (30-40 hours per week) is primarily remote with some optional office presence tailored to individual needs. Candidates must reside in Germany.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and enhance IBB's digital presence to improve course visibility, user navigation, and conversion rates.
- Develop self-service solutions and digital entry points to attract prospective customers.
- Create systematic reporting frameworks across the digital customer journey.
- Model and streamline sales processes from initial contact through consultation to course enrollment.
- Collaborate closely with sales and advisory teams to translate requirements into structured workflow descriptions and technical implementations.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators to continually optimize sales processes.
- Document current and target processes clearly for diverse audiences.
- Bridge communication between technical teams and business units while maintaining focus on customer benefits.
Candidate Profile
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role, ideally within B2C or service industries.
- Proficiency in process modeling and systematic requirement documentation.
- Strong understanding of digital conversion mechanisms and web analytics to shape effective customer journeys.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales workflows is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills in German (at least C1), with the ability to work independently, structurally, and solution-oriented.
- Experience in education sectors or comparable customer acquisition environments (e.g., service, e-commerce, SaaS) is a plus.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and requirements management tools is beneficial.
