Role Description

The Business Analyst will be responsible for facilitating meetings, workshops, and presentations to diverse audiences, ensuring clear communication and thorough requirements gathering. The role includes analyzing and recommending alternative solutions, documenting complex business workflows using standard methodologies, and identifying process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Key duties involve conducting root cause analyses, translating business needs into detailed solution designs and system specifications, and preparing comprehensive Business Requirements Specification documents. Collaborating closely with stakeholders to obtain requirement approvals before development is a vital part of the position.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience functioning as a Business Analyst.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working within Scrum teams.
• Expertise in creating Business Requirements Documents and mapping business processes.
• Capability to review Functional Specification Documents ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Background in IT systems and technology sectors.
• Excellent communication skills, able to clearly explain intricate processes and ideas to non-technical stakeholders.

Desirable Qualities

• Additional experience in business analysis, requirements management, process enhancement, or business process mapping.

Additional Information

• Salary is offered in the range of €50,000 to €65,000 annually.
