Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand business necessities and translate them into clear requirements.
Evaluate current business workflows to identify efficiency opportunities and areas for improvement.
Contribute to the rollout of finance system enhancements and additional functions.
Create detailed business and functional documentation.
Participate in testing phases, including user acceptance testing, and support implementation efforts.
Serve as a bridge between business users and technical development teams.
Promote ongoing improvements within finance-related operations and procedures.

Candidate Requirements

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Functional Consultant in relevant roles.
Familiarity working with finance-related systems or ERP platforms.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Proficient at gathering and documenting business requirements.
Excellent communication abilities and skillful stakeholder management.
Fluency in English is mandatory.
