Business Analyst - Brand Transformation Program

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to participate in a significant brand transformation program located in Dublin, Ireland. This role involves working onsite five days per week and is initially offered as a six-month contract with a potential for extension. The position focuses on the end-to-end management and delivery of corporate rebranding activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage comprehensive rebranding initiatives across various business sectors.
• Evaluate the impact of the updated brand identity across company websites, tools, customer interfaces, and business documents.
• Coordinate the rollout of updated logos, marketing materials, advertising campaigns, and corporate communications.
• Create and oversee both internal and external communications strategies to support the rebranding effort.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify success criteria and track progress against essential milestones.
• Ensure all rebranding projects are completed punctually and meet high quality standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst involved in business transformation programs.
• Proven skills in successful delivery and coordination of multiple workstreams.
• Experience collaborating with Marketing, Communications, or Branding teams.
• Strong communication abilities and excellent stakeholder relationship management.
• Capability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and handle cross-functional team coordination in dynamic environments.
• Previous involvement in brand transformation, corporate rebranding, or marketing change initiatives is highly advantageous.
